Hey guys. I've recently decided to build a new pc. After some research i've concluded that i must have an ultrawide 34" 3440:1440 curved display, but which one should i get? I've looked at Lg's 34uc97, at Samsung's S34e790c, at Acer's XR341CK and at Asus' new ROG PG348Q.

1) What other monitor that fits the criteria stated above would you recommend?

2) Which one of these do you think is best for produtivity and gaming?

3) Personally i cant stand backlight bleeding so which one of these will have the least backlight bleeding?

4) Which one will have the best color reproduction? Because from what i've heard usually the ips pannels are superior at reproducing colors, but in all comparisons between lg34uc97 and samsung S34e790c , samsung's VA looks better.

5) which one will provide a better gaming experience with an nvidia graphics card?

6) Which one looks better from your point of view?

Acer z35 - 35inch, VA, 2560x1080, 200hz + gsync
Acer x34 - 34inch, IPS, 3440x1440, 100hz + gsync
Asus pg348q - 34inch, IPS, 3440x1440, 100hz + gsync

You want one of these. ONLY.

Use 5120x2160 DSR on the lower res one. The VA panel will be the least likely to have bleed. But if you get bleed - you need to exchange it either way.

But if productivity is more important than gaming - the get one of the 1440p ones.

Either way - one of these = pure bliss.

You can maybe consider the LG 34UC87, which has the same panel as the 34UC97, but has an adjustable stand and Vesa mount on the Back

The Dell U3415w uses the same panel as the LG ones as well, and is a bit cheaper (at least here in Germany it costs 100€ less than the 34UC87). I ordered mine a few days ago and it should arrive on Monday.
