PC Temp Benchmarking

Does anyone know a good program to use if I want to find the average temperature of my PC while benchmarking? I want to tinker around with the fan settings to find out what settings will keep my PC cool while staying quiet, but I'm not sure how to measure temperatures while running benchmarks

CPUIDHWmonitor(Entire System)

MSI Afterburner(GPU)

But don't tinker around with the CPU fan settings unless you want it to throttle

MSI Afterburner, HWinfo and OpenHardwareMonitor have some graphs and two latter ones also min and max collums. If you want full .csv table of temps, you need to get into HWiNFO. It has full logging of temps and everything else happening.
