Hello everyone,
I had an ok windows 7 installation on a 1tb hard drive and decided to dual boot and installed windows 10 on a seperate hard drive. After the installation when I decide to boot up the PC, it wants to do a consistency check on all of my drives and boots windows 10, even though I specified to boot win7. When I try to change default OS it just boots up win10. Also when I try to sleep my PC (win7) it awakens by itself (varies from nearly instantly to half an hour). I tied physically unplugging the win10 drive, nothing has changed.
My motherboard is a three year old Gigabyte b75m-d3h and I haven't updated anything on it. CPU is core i3 3220.
Any help that won't lead to complete formatting and reinstalling is very appreciated.

try using a bootloader. this should help quite a bit with your issues. the bootloader i use it called GAGtheGraphicalBootLoader, which has support for all windows versions, all linux versions, and 10 more os's. give it a try, and let me know what happens!

Lets do it to it!

Will it be able to fix up things and let me uninstall it after though? I will try it anyways

Also it says it is incompatible with 64 bit Windows :/
