Best FS1r2 APU?

I'm looking to upgrade my Toshiba Satellite and I need to know what's the best APU for the FS1r2/FS1 socket.

The A8 3550MX is the best in terms of specs, but the TDP is 45W, compared to 35W of most of the APus, which might be a problem if you have a bad cooler. Inverted twin.
