Cant set up RAM???

I just bought a GA-990FXA-UD3 motherboard, when i set my Crucial Ballistix Elite 1866Mhz 8gb RAM to run at 1866Mhz the BIOS wont let me boot into windows 8 as there is an overclocking failure, this also sets my RAM back to 1333Mhz???

That board and possibly the entire AM3 setup though don't quote me on that one will only support one dim at 1866 MHz
