you might be able to do somewith a raspberry Pi

I want to make one that can run Pandora 

Thanks for the suggestion, I was hoping for something I can run in the background while listening to audio from other programs at the same time. EX, in games I often disable the background music and stream music instead. Problem is my laptop isn't the best and can run into major slow downs when trying to multi task.
