970 Clockspeed stuck?

Just got my 970 working and i was launching some games looking into afterburner my card allways runs at 135mhz and at 35 celcius, even when i maxout rust i get low fps and the clock speed stays at 135mhz have tried going into nvida controll panel but it dosent change athing. Anyone knows about this problem?

Reinstall the drivers, should help ;)

Yup, use DDU and reinstall the driver.

isn't rust pure cpu? not gpu?

 

do you have the same problem with other games?
