Cleaning Mouse Pad?

Hey guys!

 

So i've been using my Steelseries QCK for about two weeks, and I noticed that the bottom edge is becoming a little white. I tend to have sweaty hands when i play games, so i assume thats the reason. Does anyone know of any good way to clean my mousepad?

I looked up on steelseries' website earlier this week for the same thing as I have the QCK as well, and they recommend wiping it with a damp cloth.

I just took mine in the shower and took water on both sides and dried it. Not sure if thats the correct way to do it but it worked for me.  :lol:

Wouldn't the texture feel different from soaking it?

Nothing that I noticed actually.
