Davinci Resolve Lite - Rendering help

I found this free video editor and have been using it for a day now, and it's great! The problem I have, is the rendering settings. What settings are best to get the most out of my 4790K and/or GTX 980?

My skills are basic, and have little knowledge of the rendering and formats, so any advice I would appreciate.

 

A 15 min video with those settings took over an hour to process..
