To Separate Headset Cables

I have a sennheiser PC151 headset, which I use with my FiiO E10 Olympus amp. My desk is setup so my computer rests on the desk to my right, and because I also use the microphone on the PC 151, I have to put the E10 on top of the case, by the audio ports so I can have both the headset and mic plugged in. I was wondering if there is any way that I can separate the cables so, I can have the E10 on the desk, but not have the mic plugged into nothing.
