Hello , need help couldn't Pick PSU

Hi Guys i'm going to build a pc soon but every PSU available in my country i read it's not really good
i wanted to get ThermalTake Smart SE 730W But in reviews i've read this 
"

• Loose voltage regulation, Bad results at Crossload tests, 3.3V rail out of limits in the second Advanced Transient Response test, Cannot deliver its full power at >40°C operating temperature

and i'm not planing for SLI , then i searched for Corsair VS650 and i've read a comment that it's not really do its job , so which one i should take

No Bro , and we can't buy online here in Algeria , also i need to go to another city to buy my pc , tell me if Thermaltake Smart SE 730W is good choice , cause its price acceptable somehow

hmm i just couldn't chance it on the Thermaltake unit, especially for SLI. and the VS650 isn't a paticuarly great PSU ethier.

 

Do they maybe have Superflower units from where you are buying?
