[Build Help] Motherboards

I am building a gaming PC this is my current spec list:

 

i5-4590

(2x4GB) 8GB RAM

R9 380 4GB

EVGA 650GS 80+ Fully Modular

MSI H97 PC MATE Motherboard

NZXT S340

 

I am not sure if my motherboard is compatible with the other components and if it is the best motherboard that I can get for around £60-70, If there is a better motherboard of which you could recommend then I would highly appreciate it.

You might as well get the Z97 PC MATE in that bracket

You might as well get the Z97 PC MATE in that bracket

Yeah I'm just saying you might as well get Z97 in this price bracket
