Hey guys, I've been looking around and I'm trying to figure out what mouse I should buy. I've been using a Razer DeathAdder (I think it may be the older version if that makes a difference) and realized that it's really not designed for me. I use a claw grip primarily and would say I have medium to small sized hands. As such the DeathAdder feels rather slippery on the sides and just isn't super comfortable.

So I'm looking for a claw grip mouse, relatively high DPI (I currently use 3000), wired or wireless doesn't matter to me much, minimum should have a forward and back button near the thumb, and that costs somewhere from $50-$75 but if you have a "must have" suggestion then I'm open to hearing it.

Currently thinking maybe the Roccat Savu, or the Logitech G502 but would love to hear what you think.

Thanks guys!

I would personally recommend these mice:

Zowie Fk1/2 - some of the best no non-sense mice in the market

Logitech G303 or G502 - both equally great mice for what they're priced and they have some nice features

Mionix Savu - a nice addition to an already cramped market

Try the mice out in a store near you to get "first hand" experience with them and see if they're comfortable to grip and move

I think the newer Death Adder's have textured sides. Mine is the older version so the sides are all glossy plastic which, with my sweatyish hands, makes it rather slippery.

Well then get a new one

Theres another thread about the g502. Don't worry I understand your "pain", I have a deathadder and its hard to lift. I use the chroma, although its "textured" you're lifting and moving the mouse alot with your pinky which is hard because the mouse is heavy and it causes fatigue in your pinky finger because you have to grip relatively hard.
