LoL keeps crashing

So when i open up my league it keeps crashing, it worked last night but it wont work today. here is what it says : "PVP.net Patcher Kernel has stopped working"

could try reinstalling.

Open task manager and close the Kernel processes and everything associated with the launcher, then fire it up again.

Patches would take ages (3-4 hours for an average connection)

There are no kernel proceses in task manager, i think i might restart computer and see if that works
