PC and Android device same network?

Hi! i have been wondering is there a similar thing to tunngle or hamachi for a android phone.

 

i wanna use the nvidia game stream but my modem wont let me port forward anything (already spend about 2 days trying to figure out why doesnt my modem port forward).

 

If there is anything that can connect PC and a Android phone to a same network just like hamachi or tunngle PLEASE REPLY!!!  im really desperate.

no its not. my phone and pc has different internet

 

My phone uses 4g network provided by my areas phone company

 

and pc uses ethernet cable (Modem)

So you don't have a router? With wifi?

well yes i do. but i dont want to connect my phone to the wifi cuz its so low range. the limit is within my house. i want to be able to play outside of my house and im asking if there is anything similar to hamachi or tunngle on android
