Roccat syva audio problem

I bought this pair of Roccat syva headphones and I was using them on a s3 mini but when I change my phone the sound of the headphones was f@cked up they work normally when I keep pressing the play/stop button.

Is someone who has the same problem or someone who can help me?

I don't get it, what is the other phone you're using, and explain 'f@cked up'.

The other phone is a leagoo elite 2..... When I am listening to a song with lyrics the sound is overcomes the lyrics... The sound is distorted

well different phones have different drivers that handle songs differently. Can you try the headphones with like, a computer or something to see if there's a distortion there?

I am working with them on my pc no problem... I tried them on my mother's smart phone it's working fine but I have tha same problem when I use them on my brother's bitmore tablet

Well it's obviously an issue with those device's drivers. Sorry but there's not much you can really do. :/
