If you have successfully installed it, Just leave it. Don't look for the version number.

I'm trying to figure out if I have the latest driver here. 

I definitely installed the one that I have open in the screenshot....but then how come the driver version is different in HWinfo?

The driver date and publish date are two different things!

The driver date was the day the driver was compiled/WHQL'd. The publish date is the day Intel made it available to the public.

 

EDIT:

Also, that driver update package has more than one driver depending on your GPU. The package itself has a higher revision number, but the included driver may have a different version.
