Build for a friend?

So I'm trying to build a gaming PC for a friend...He doesnt have any specific budget but he likes to keep it as low as possible...

 

Heres what I have come up with:

 

CPU: Intel i5 4460 - 183e

Motherboard: Suggest me

RAM: Kingston HyperX 1600MHz 8gb kit - 43e

GPU: Asus GTX960 STRIX-GTX960-DC2OC-2GD5 - 212e

PSU: Corsair CX500 - 60e (dunno about this one)

HDD: WD 1TB WD10EZEX - 50e

Case: Cooler Master Silencio 452 -54e

Peripherals: Cooler Master Devastator MB24 + MS2K mouse - 31e

Monitor: LG 24MP47HQ-P - 145e

 

Total: 778euros but still need MB

 

What do you think? What MB should I go for? And is there anything else I should change about this build? I could go with AMD aswell, but it would be only like 40e cheaper and having 8320 myself I dont know if its good for not-so-tech-savy people... :D

The ASUS H87 Pro is good

Hmm...Its 90e, isnt there anything cheaper for this kind of CPU? I dont really need any special features and it doesnt consume a lot of power either

Does it have to be ATX, or can it also be Micro ATX?
