How to restore windows 10 to original?

Cvdasfg

I bought a laptop with windows 10 preinstalled today. It was the floor model so the demo stuff they show and stuff like that is installed on it. They gave me the admin passwords and they keys for windows/bios for it. How would i go about making it like new?

Its a MSI **GP60 4720HQ/8G/1TB/15.6 windows 8.1 home that was upgraded to windows 10 in the store.

I guess if thats the best option? I just want to make it like i just bought it new. Dont want all there admin/fake user stuff that was set up to make it usable for the demo. Also if drivers are missing or anyone changed settings or whatever dont want that to be screwed up either.

Or perhaps is there a way to just reinstall/reset everything without having to download iso's and all that stuff?

Have you tried to go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Advance Startup.  From there you should be able to do a Factory Reset on the computer. That should Factory Reset everything including removing the demo user accounts and the files that were added on by the store.

I am surprised the store did not perform this task for you.

I did something along those lines just now. I searched recovery and hit the reinstall windows and remove all files ( something like that)
