I recently downloaded GTA V for PC. I transferred my old account and started playing Online. A message pops up that says my NAT type is Strict and it explains lobbies aren't always full, theres increased latency (lag), more frequent disconnections (lobbies do seem less populated, it does feel more lagging and I do get dropped more than from what I remember when I played on the 360) and then there's a website (rsg.com/natsomething) that's a support page thats isupposed to help you change your NAT type. I have absolutely no knowledge on networking so that website didn't actually help. I rely on you LTT Community!

Do you know how to log in to your router?

What is the IP address that your router reports for it's WAN or Internet connection? (Please tell us the first half of the WAN IP regardless of the answer so we can help you fully) If it is 10.x.x.x, 172.16.x.x, or 192.168.x.x, then that will mean that the network your router gets ineternet from is also doing it's own NAT, and you will have to make sure that the settings (either UPnP or port forwarding) are set up at both NAT levels.
