Best Encryption softweare

Hi, I would like to know your opinions on the subject.

If Linus could also make a video like "how to encrypt data and how to recover them"  would be nice!!

I would prefer a free ones but a cheap up to 20-30 dollars with lifetime upgrade will be nice also!!

Thanks

Well, on Linux you setup to encrypt every single disk, even if there is no data on them.

While Bitlocker is better than nothing, it's part of the software that had to give at least part of their keys / algorithm to the NSA / SS, and thus is not actually safe. And once you're logged into WIndows with a Windows Live account the key is stored in OneDrive. LOL.

I'm really sad truecrypt is gone, and still no one really knows why. (Most likely creators been identified and black mailed by the US).
