Command prompt opens on startup

When I start up my Win 10 machine, command prompt opens and says "SUCCESS: Specified value was saved." I have had problems with viruses on my PC recently. I keep scanning with HitmanPro and Malwarebytes and deleting but they keep coming back. Is this in any way related to the viruses???

It's probably hidden DEEEEEEEEP into the OS.

You'd need to wipe the hard drive.

type in the taskbar msconfig and check the startup tab. Just untick what you don't need.
