Hardware level GPU overlocking

It won't help unless your card is TDP capped & BIOS mod won't fix it. All it does is prevent the card from throttling at it's max TDP

Nope, firstly hes wrong, my clocks stay at max even without changing the power limit. Haven't read it all but hes going to have to bios mod and de solder resistors to get above 1.35v

Edit: and thats what hes doing, ie don't try this home.

Well my last GPU blew its vram so in steering clear of any serious OC in the foreseeable future.

(although it did not blow because of this, in other words i have not done what this link suggests)

This isn't for voltage, it's for TDP, he says it multiple times in the article that if your GPU is being held back by power that this is the mod to fix it.

yeah i want to say mine hits 1.2250 volts, i can get to 1500 boost clock, fps nor score increase that much so i would just leave it stock. @Lays believe has done this.

Na I haven't done it, I may do it to my classified to figure out if it's being limited by the TDP, because when I try and add voltage via software control it crashes if I'm at high OC.

o i see. Didn't read the whole thing, any soldering on a 300 usd card i don't recommend.

honestly i didnt even notice if i was too, i think 88% power draw is the most i have seen.
