I wouldnt try this without someone else confirming it, but when I installed windows 10, it got stuck somewhere, I waited 2 hours, turned it off and back on and it finished.

Hey i am going to sell my laptop and i have gone to recovery in windows 10 and clicked reset and now its stuck at 99% for 2 hours!!!

 

what to do???

 

My buyer comes to my house in 3 hours!

 

please help!

I wouldnt try this without someone else confirming it, but when I installed windows 10, it got stuck somewhere, I waited 2 hours, turned it off and back on and it finished.
