No, you won't feel a difference. I have a similar setup, but with a 1200p 4:3 side monitor.

It's going to be marginally harder on your PC, obviously, it has to drive two screens. Will you feel it? Probably not, and even if you did it would be worth it for the extreme comfort that having two monitors bring.
