Lots of people are being dicks and overly harsh on a kid, but so far I haven't see anyone being a racist.

Ehm... Barely did anything? He was screaming almost non-stop.

I just went through the video and counted 25 times he was being annoying (and that's when you count screaming several annoying things in a row as a single time). That's pretty impressive for only being in the video for something like 6 minutes (1 annoying thing every 15 seconds on average).

Even Linus got kind of annoyed and told him not to shout the answer to questions out.

 

He doesn't deserve all the hate and I hope he doesn't see most of it (I don't want to see how he will react to the comments when it goes up on YouTube) but come on... Someone should have told him to be quiet. It's very rude to talk while someone else is talking, especially if that person is making a video. And shouting memes in real life? Just don't...

You're making it sound a lot worse than it was. Nearly all of the time the kid was in the video he wasn't even saying anything.

Okay, so the kid was being really obnoxious, but all the extreme hate seen here is just result of the perfect anonymity that the internet provides. Without personal accountability people go to excess to emphasise their opinion, which leads to the typical toxicity found on the net. While it isn't something that is very acceptable in regular human interaction it is very regular for people that can just blurt out whatever they want. As long as the internet is free, excessive human emotion will manifest itself on said medium.
