FPS issues

 I always talk of my computer in all my topics but is giving me problems

 

so i have the next pc components:

 

CPU: I5 3470 stock

GPU: Asus strix gtx 970

HDD: toshiba 1Tb 7200rpm 32mb cache

Mobo: GIGABYTE B75M-HD3

RAM: kingstone 8GB 1333MHz ddr3

PSU: corsair cx 750w

 

 

this are the games that i recently play(bf4, watch dogs,dying ligth,metro 2033 and last ligth, gta v)

in every game the fps decrease to 44fps in some times

 

someone can explain this? may are the dust? adding a ssd will change something? i dont know really.

1st make sure your drivers are updated

 

2nd are those just frame dips or is it constant?

what settings are you playing at? I mean if you put everything to ulta I can understand reaching that kind of framerate

all my drivers are ok.

the fps deeps are 2 minutes long(average).

example: dying ligth 1080p textures high and everything else on medium or off bf4 on ultra watch dogs on high gtav on high and both metro's are ultra except AA(0,5)
