Hey, I was curious- because I use this application on my Android phone if it works on Chromecast. It's called "Limelight" and it essentially allows you to use your Android device as an NVidia shield and stream games to it, and it works great! I was wondering if it works for Chromecast because that'd be a super easy solution to gaming around my house and if it doesn't work is there anyway to make it work?

I don't think that the ChromeCast would be able to dissipate enough heat to be able to run a processor that would have remotely near enough processing power to decode video that quickly and responsibly - nevermind software compatibility.

I think that it's probably almost impossible.

Sig under construction.
