intel HD graphics question CS:GO

i have an old laptop that i am going to use ONLY for CSGO. the problem is that it has the worlds shittiest intel HD3000 APU. i just want to know if i would get better performance in CSGO with Windows10 or if i switched to SteamOS. 

 

i have a gaming machine for other games but i want the laptop so i can play csgo at lunch and on vacaation and shit. thanks

i play on hd2000 at 640by480 at 60fps

To be honest i doubt you would notice much difference if any if you changed your OS. CS-GO is a few years old and is already pretty well optimised.
