Do you think putting the 120mm led fan on top would look weird?

Mount it below the radiator.

pci slots. could I put the radiator on the back led fan the case comes with?

Usually case fans are not powerful enough for a radiator, i would stick to the stock fan that came with the cooler, otherwise you may see a drop in performance.
