External HDD inmediate help pls

hella fellows , i have this huge problem , fews days ago i use my cousin pc and use my external hdd to save some files for not downloading again , but when im come to my house my pc doesn't recognize my external hdd wondering why , i come back to my cousin house and use my external hdd and works there but not in my pc or any pc/laptop of my friends , i don't care about the news file i care about the info i got there so that's why i can't formating this external hdd , and i can't upload the info cuz is almost 800gb , and my cousin doesn't have 1 hdd free for passing the info.

 

it's there any way to save all my files/info ?
