Hello,

I have found a drobo mini on the interweb for £300. Thinking of filling it with ssd/sshd. Do you think this is a better option than a nas? Will it be faster and more reliable?

Thanks

A Drobo is a NAS by definition.

Drobo offers however some features that you don't see on most NASes, like the mixed drives and some other once.

It all depends on how much you are willing to spend on it.
