Could a cable managment cause some issues of psu, like bad current flow to parts of pc or something else?

Airflow can be worse and cables could get stuck in fans, but it's not that big of a deal. Just make sure it's not too bad.

Cable management can decrease some air flow if you have them in the wrong places.

Just make sure they aren't blocking fans or coolers, and you should be fine.

Just use velcro or duct tape those suckers.

Not really, the current flowing through those wires isn't really enough to set up an EM field large enough to interfere with current flow (except in extreme completely nutsoid cases) What can cause issues is a PSU that doesn't filter it's own power supply well enough. That will cause a ripple of variable voltage (and why I don't trust HP, and dell supplied PSU's)
