Not really, the current flowing through those wires isn't really enough to set up an EM field large enough to interfere with current flow (except in extreme completely nutsoid cases) What can cause issues is a PSU that doesn't filter it's own power supply well enough. That will cause a ripple of variable voltage (and why I don't trust HP, and dell supplied PSU's)
