Weird black screen

Hi everyone! So I've been having this problem for months n I didn't found any answers.

 

The thing is that when I turn on the pc there're 3 variables: 1) it turns on normallu 2) It shows the motherboard name (GIgabyte) and after that it stays black 3) it stays black forever. Obviously when I restart it works, but it's sad to have a problem like this.

 

I can tell u that the problem isn't the gpu or the hdmi cause I changed them. Thanks a lot! Bye
