windows 10 problem launching games

the Pc I am having this problem with has:

1. CPU: AMD x4 750k quad core 3.5Ghz
2. GPU:AMD r7 240X
3. RAM: 10GB kingston DDR3
4. MOBO:Gigabyte F2A55M-HD2

 

also the problems ive had since windows 10 are:

• desktop not working
• skype not working
• menu bar not working
• chrome is slow and crashes half the time
• the search bar on windows 10 doesnt work
• windows 10 doesnt register my second screen half the time and when it does it duplicates the image and when i do manage to get display setting up it doesnt find the second screen :l
• no game works
• the only thing i have that works is mozilla,TS,steam and gyazo and even then for gyazo i have to google gyazo and look at my history to find the last screenshot

Try doing a clean install of windows 10
