What happen when we don't have sound card for the latest game?

Hi folks, I've recently played Assassin's Creed 3, in the gameplay, I noticed that the sound is a bit late compared to the character's mouth... Is this game need decent sound card?

i think its something else. maybe some background processes slowing down your game or something. ^^

Are you sure? because I only using onboard sound.... Anybody have same issue as mine?

it couldn't be the on board audio, it's something with your game/pc not being able to process it, try turning down the sound quality in the game. What system are your running? What FPS are you getting? What resolution are you running?

fx8350,flex 6870,4gb of ram..... about 40 an above, sometime it drop down to 30fps.... running at 1366x768...
