Go to settings in the bottom right corner, and go to the monitoring tab. There, under Active Hardware Monitoring graphs, check what you want to be displayed in the "OSD"

ty, i wanted to see the framrate too but it says: Tich checkmark to activate the graph and access graph properties

Yea you check the option "framerate" which is located to the left of the word and in the bottom there should be a check box where it says "Show in  On-Screen Display" and check that checkbox. Works fine for me
