Locked GPU features

For some reason on my R9 380 Sapphire Nitro 4GB I have no access to the voltage controls on MSI Afterburner(yes I have enabled it in settings).

And I have no access to read my ASIC if I right click GPU-Z and check it, it just says it's not supported

 

I wanted to know whether this is a common problem with the card or if there's a way to fix it.
