it overheats from not doing anything in a shaded room

I used to have the Z3 compact which used to heat up and the battery would drain at around 4x the rate when I opened or used location apps. I would avoid sony in the future...

 

PS Try a cache partition wipe. Idk how to do that for sony phones though.
