Which Fan Should i Get?

Hey everyone i have a Define R4 i removed the top hard drive cage and i have the 2 stock case fans 1 front intake and 1 rear exhaust when i upgrade the rest of my computer i wanna replace them to make it quieter out of these 2 fans which should i get the 120mm is quieter but i can support 140mm fans what do you guys think?
