Always when i run windows 10 setup.exe it shows : Setup couldn't start properly. please reboot your PC and try running windows 10 setup again.. i rebooted it but still the same please some help.

os win7 and im ectracted .iso file to folder and i run setup.exe

Mount the iso with Daemon tools

 

Then try again

 

Daemon tools will trick the computer into thinking its a disk and should fix the problem
