I have some money to spend, but I have no idea where to start from.

I have a pretty bad CPU(i5 3340), should I consider upgrading?
I have GTX 750Ti, should I upgrade to 960?

or should I get a 8x2 16 GB RAM?

Your CPU is just fine dude! Of course, it's a bit outdated (3 years) so you'll notice difference when upgrading. But it's not worth it to upgrade that CPU.

 

GTX960 is a very good card if you want to play high/ultra resolutions at 1080p. If you can handle 40fps, you can play almost anything on ultra.

 

16GB of RAM is useless, 8 GB is plenty.

i'm also thinking off buying a new case but I just can't with all of those stuff in mind
