AMD APP Encoder Crashes PC

I recently purchased Bandicam and I received a Club3D R7 260x as a gift.

Today I tried using AMD APP H.264 as an encoder within Bandicam and everything locked up, the drivers crashed, and caused a BSOD.

 

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

CPU: Intel Pentium G3220 @ 3.0 GHz

Motherboard: Asus H81M-A BIOS 2203 (Latest)

Ram: Patriot Viper Xtreme 8 GB (2x4GB)

GPU: Club3D R7 260x 2GB GDDR5 with Catalyst 15.7.1

450w PSU
