Laptop cpu usage spikes.

Hey, I have kinda old now laptop that I recently clean installed because it was getting slow, so after clean install of win 7 I started to notice cpu power spikes, after driver installation nothing changed, so now I am comming to you guys, got any suggestions what could be the problem here?

Ps. Computer is Acer Aspire 5749Z with Intel B960 cpu.

Ps2. Could the problem be that I installed 64bit win7 version instead of 32bit that was on the laptop in the beginning?
