PC stutter and sometime freeze when browsing?!

Go to solution Solved by techguru,

So my PC recently kinda stutters and sometime freezes even when browsing and streaming youtube. I'm pretty sure there is zero bloatware on my Pc. I feel like it could be a ram or ssd problem. Spec is i5 4690k, Z97 MSI Gaming 5, GTX 970 Strix, 1 stick of 8gb RipjawX Samsung Evo 850 250gb, 1tb seagate barracuda.

like you said

it sounds like a ram or hdd problem

ram more so

try with 1 ram stick in different slots
