Completely normal. My 840 evo 250GB X2 array gets about the same +/- 50

Laptop: Thinkpad W520 i7 2720QM 24GB RAM 1920x1080 2x SSDs Main Rig: 4790k 12GB Hyperx Beast Zotac 980ti AMP! Fractal Define S (window) RM850 Noctua NH-D15 EVGA Z97 FTW with 3 1080P 144hz monitors from Asus Secondary: i5 6600K, R9 390 STRIX, 16GB DDR4, Acer Predator 144Hz 1440P

Sorry to bother you lads, just a quick question. Are these scores good for a 2x 500GB RAID 0 array of SSD'S, if not how can I improve it?  Thanks,

Those speeds seem pretty reasonable for two SSDs in RAID0. This type of RAID almost doubles the speeds of a single SSD so this looks perfectly normal. :)
Do make sure you keep backups of all important data on that array since RAID0 offers zero redundancy in case any of the two drives fails or drops out of the RAID.
