Hi Guys,
Looking for advice on my first build to buy asap. Looking to spend around $1400-1500 Australian dollars with max at $1550 (After shipping). Going to be using it for a Gaming and Storage/viewing of a lot of media files (internal cause have two full desktop external HD already). Gaming wise would like 1080p but doesn't have to be at ultra settings, as i'm just starting to get into gaming. Will need all parts except for the OS. Don't want to be overclocking and don't think ill be using SLI. Been using www.msy.com.au as a price guide cause it seems cheap and has a store in Sydney (so no shipping costs).

Some thoughts when researching.
CPU: Stock fan ok cause not overclocking?
Storage: Didn't think i needed ssd hd since not to worried about load times and prefer putting money to larger capacity. Thoughts?
Video Card: Unsure about sticking with GTX 960 or going with a AMD card?
Power Supply: Don't want a totally rubbish PSU. This build and brand ok? Also 450w fine for this build? No problems with haswell CPU?
Keyboard and Mouse: Not sure at all. prefer wired.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4590 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor ($282.00)
Motherboard: ASRock H97M PRO4 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($119.00)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($76.00)
Storage: Western Digital Green 3TB 3.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive X2 ($135.00 x 2 = $270.00)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 960 2GB Video Card ($279.00)
Case: Coolermaster RC-K282-KKN1 Mid-Tower ($54.00)
Power Supply: Antec Neo Eco Bronze 450 ($75.00)
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24D3ST DVD/CD Writer ($19.00)
Wireless Network Adapter: TP-Link TL-WN951N 802.11b/g/n PCI Wi-Fi Adapter ($27.00)
Extra Case Fan: Cooler Master SickleFlow 69.7 CFM 120mm Fan ($7.00)
Monitor: Asus VE248H 24.0" Monitor ($195.00)
Speakers: Creative SBS-A250 2.1 ($36.00)
Total: $1439.00 (Without Keyboard and Mouse)

want to hear advice/changes/recommendations. Thanks in advance!

It looks okay but there are a couple things I would change. Get an R9-380 instead of the 960 as it has a lot better performance for just a little more. For storage I would definitely get an SSD as your boot drive, and I hope you're not going to run those two green drives in RAID as they are not designed for RAID. Go for an i5-4460 if you can't fit the ssd in your budget. Also I would not recommend the coolermaster fan (which i own) as even when I turn it down, it is still incredibly loud. If you can, get the Gigabyte H97-HD3 motherboard as mATX boards in ATX cases have problems. The power supply looks alright. And yeah, the stock fan is fine for this CPU
