GTX 960 Issues

So I've recently bought a 960 to upgrade my PC, however when I installed it today and hooked up my monitors (2) the only thing that was displayed was a Windows blue-ish screen that said Press Esc to enter Startup Menu. About 10 seconds after that I hear 3 beeps kind of spaced out, it sounds like BEEP...BEEP.BEEP. I've checked everything and it's all plugged in, the fans move so I know it's getting power. What is the problem here and how can I fix it. I've heard about changing the Legacy Setting in the BIOS but there is no such option in my HP Pavilion UEFI. Please help, I've been waiting forever for this upgrade.
