Hi Guys,

I’m looking for your expertise on this build.

1) I don’t have a solid budget at the moment but I’m thinking about £800 if it can be done for less then great.

2) The main/sole purpose of this PC is for cloning and imaging hard drives.

3) It needs to have multiple hot swappable bays and a large amount of internal storage in RAID for the images.

.

4) The budget isn’t including an operating system or the storage HDDs because I already have these. Also I don’t need any peripherals.

Basically I just need a solid build that isn’t overkill, and that won’t need upgrading for a good few years.

Thanks in advance.

Reckon you'd need an Asus WS board for enterprise features trouble is these are quite expensive watch JJ's vids on youtube plus a big case reckon you wont need a super processor so could just go with i5

I was looking at a build Linus did for a NAS and I was wondering if something similar would be suitable for my cloning PC.

8 Bay Silverstone SST-DS380B Premium Small Form Factor Case

ASRock C2750D4I Mini ITX Avoton Motherboard

Does anyone know if this motherboard/CPU would be ok or does anyone have a recommendation?
