Witcher 3 updates without install

I was recently updating my os to Windows 10 , and i rn ito a problem with updating the Witcher 3 (GOG) ..  It says that i don't have it installed etc.

So , is there any way to get the update like a copy paste method, or i have to install the game all over again with all the old updates?
